Avoid like the plague.

Contracted to undertake a kitchen and bathroom remodel. Quoted 6-8 days work total beginning 27/7. Has charged twice agreed labour rate, the work is still not complete as of 10/10. Charged for hours neither present nor working on my property. Has left a dangerous, unfinished mess. The quality of works are risible. Performed gas safe work without certification or registration & has not paid at least one employee for the works undertaken. Additional job costs due to delays & waste entirely attributable to Mr Pirie exceeds £2500 & there will be further additional expense to rectify his catastrophic involvement. Wasted weeks of my time & destroyed logistics for an international move. His response... Complete indifference, couldn't care less. Ran away when asked to justify expenses & delays. Refuses to accept responsibility for faults and expenses he is solely responsible for. Has ignored written request to clarify and resolve, proceedings will now be raised.
