JCfitness Personal Trainers Edinburgh

JCfitness is a personal training service in Edinburgh. We appreciate that each client has their own health background, fitness experience and personal goals, therefore our approach to personal training is to identify what works best for each client. We use a number of different systems to understand what fits each client, then use structured exercise and nutrition plans to accelerate goal achievement.

Also, we understand the challenges and frustration that accompany achieving health and fitness goals. Therefore, it is our approach to also provide ongoing support and encouragement to our clients within and outside the gym. We achieve this by allocating time each session to teaching our clients about their exercise, nutrition and any lifestyle practices we integrate. We also focus on reinforcing our client's achievements and creating an environment that is comfortable to exercise and learn in.

Finally, we feel that successful personal training not only delivers results, but helps client's eventually become independent in their own health practices. Given this, we use each session as an opportunity to build the confidence and independence of our clients.


Delivered Results!

Working with JCfitness was the best decision I made since moving to Edinburgh. As a mother of two children, most of time is occupied by them and I have little time to devote to improving my physique, health and fitness levels. I agreed to work with my personal trainer at JCfitness twice each week with my primary goals to lose weight and gain strength.

In a short period of time, I was able to lose 8kg and 7% bodyfat and achieve the body I have always wanted. I was able to lose the pregnancy weight and more! My personal trainer was incredibly patient with me and helped to support and encourage me each session while focusing on improving my exercise technique and my understanding of proper nutrition. I really liked how my sessions included education, because I was able to learn how to exercise and eat properly and make important lifestyle changes that helped me keep the goals I had achieved. I am so thankful for working with JCfitness and would recommend their service to anyone.
