CRL Property Maintenance are based in Fife, and are a local family run business who have been providing roofing services for over 5 years. Many of our new customers are a result of referrals from existing clients. We specialise in all types of roofing - strip and re-tile, strip and re-slate, all types of valleys, flat roofing, chimney repairs, lead work, guttering and down pipes, power washing and all types of cement work, PVC and uPVC Cladding. As well as carrying out roofing in Edinburgh we also specialise in exterior and interior painting and decorating, laminate flooring, plastering and all types of joinery work.

SERVICES

Our aim as a company is to keep our customers satisfied with all work undertaken. All materials used are to the highest standard. We as a company specialise in all flat roofs, felt or fibreglass. All felt roofs will be stripped back to the boards and rotten wood will be fixed, two layers of torch on felt will be applied and tarred before a final coat with 15 years guarantee.

Strip and re-tiles are guaranteed for 20 years. No skips will be left at the properties once we have completed the roofing work. Our roofer will ensure that all rubbish will be picked up and all properties are guaranteed to be left in the same condition as when we arrived.
