I strongly recommend this excellent instructor. David, with his helpful aid of illustrations explains very clearly what needs to be understood in the art of driving and precisely identifies problems that arise in your driving skills. Clear and easily understood advice further given by this instructor helps significantly in tackling these problems and I personally felt my confidence and skills rise rapidly. I passed with a great result of only 3 minor faults thanks to David. If anyone is looking to get driving lessons in Edinburgh, he is who you're looking for!
Appreciation
I appreciate the instruction given by David. He not only prepares you for a test, but also explains the reason behind the driving methods. He has a skill for drawing up colorful illustrations on a notepad to demonstrate maneuvers or roundabout situations. Even though I had a whole lot of questions, he was able to answer every one of them in a good way and without being bothered. Go for practical driving if you want preparation for the test as well as a fundamental understanding and driving skill set.• • •
1st Time Pass
I just passed my test today ...first attempt and only 4 minor faults! I found David to be a great instructor and a wonderful person. He teaches you the safe way to drive, gets you accustomed to the test routes you may be asked to take (and there are so maaannyy of them!!) and he gets you used to the actual test through mock scenarios. David is a brilliant instructor who has such a good understanding of what is needed to pass the test. I know at least 2 of my friends, who failed their driving tests multiple times and then finally came to David who had them passing on the very next attempt! I'd recommend David to all who want to learn driving and pass their driving test easily.

Excellent Instructor
David is an excellent instructor with a top knowledge of driving teaching, he was calm, professional, respectful and honest. He gave me the help that I needed. I learnt too much from him in a short period of time. He helped me pass my test in only 6 hours lesson. He was very patient and taught me well and always gives me a constructive and productive feedback at every lesson. I would recommended highly to him to all my friends and everyone who are looking for professional driving lessons.Once again, thank you very much.

I'd been doing lessons with various driving schools for more than 5 years (on and off) and not one of them got me to test standard. I started lessons with David in January and 6 weeks later I have passed my test first time and couldn't be happier. David is fun who makes everything easy by breaking things down in to manageable chunks. On top of all that he is very affordable and has great deals! I would recommend 100%. Thanks again for helping me pass! Still can't believe it! Thank you David!
