About Us

Chorlton High School is truly comprehensive. We are a mixed, multi-cultural and multi-faith school catering for students aged 11 to 16. We are very proud of our diversity, as this is one of our many strengths. We are a school at the heart of our local community with strong, effective links with local primary schools, sixth form providers, further education colleges and local businesses.

During the past few years Chorlton High School has become one of the most popular and over-subscribed schools in Manchester. We have a highly dedicated and hard-working team of staff who place great emphasis on providing quality education for all our students.
