updates: Earlier today my friend tried to take my mobile phone in the shop, but they changed my password cause we can't unlock my iPhone, and then they refused to return my phone and asked 450 pounds of cash while our contract requirement is 175 pounds, in the end, he would not let us check if the function was repaired, threat us they won't return the phone. I don't know if their actions can be regarded as fraud. I hope the local government or mobile phone repair industry will see this shop's behavior. I am a student, and I sent my mobile phone to Covent Garden Tech Repairs on September 18th this year. I was traveling in London at that time. We had an offline transaction, and I paid for the Repairs and left my mobile phone there. In the beginning, they said that my phone will be repaired on 9 Oct.
