enny comes in to the office on a weekly basis to teach us yoga and meditation. She is a fantastic teacher as she provides clear instruction and is excellent at creating a calm and relaxed environment even in a busy office. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jenny as it clear she is passionate and enthusiastic about what she does. I always arrive back at my desk fully refreshed and focused after one her yoga and meditation sessions.
