The location of Samuel's place is possibly at one of the best areas in Edinburgh. Everything you need and want to see is within 15 mins walking distance. We did not have to board public transport even once to get to anywhere. It is perfectly walkable from Waverly Stn. The flat is modern and unique and was perfect for 3. But the best part is Samuel's hospitality. He was beyond kind and understanding when our plans got severely botched and we needed to replan our itinerary. At the end of a horrible day, we were thrilled to meet him and chat about our woes and get local recommendations.

Great location right next to the University of Edinburgh and only a few minutes away from the old city. Easy check in and out as well since there are no keys.
