The Forth Floor Brasserie, set within the iconic Harvey Nichols store, presents an all-day dining menu of traditional European cuisine with a modern edge. Stylish breakfasts kick off the day, through to gourmet lunches,afternoon teas and seriously good suppers.

The menu, created by award-winning Executive Chef Stuart Muir, uses the finest Scottish ingredients and features culinary delights such as rib eye steak with garlic herb butter and chips, or pan fried Shetland salmon with buttered Jersey Royals, Ayrshire bacon and parsley beurre blanc.
